But after joining Sapient, I got a totally different environment as over here learning with working model is followed. Undergoing online courses for certifications is a must over here, which pushes employees to learn more and stay updated with the market trends. Training certifications are been tracked by the managers. Apart from this, there is a Learning and Development department who arranges different training sessions from internal people as well as industry experts as well.
