Times has changed now. There’s no shortage of good IT companies in the country. But, not all organizations are the right place to work. I have been a part of the industry for more than eight years, and have been fortunate to work with a couple of known brands. Today, I am working with Sapient India and must say it is by far the best opportunity that knocked on my door.

Sapient has offices in different locations across the country, and I work for Sapient India Bangalore. The work culture here is no different from what you will see at other offices in India as well as across the globe. • The first and foremost point that comes to my mind is the supportive management. You get the opportunity to work under some of the most knowledgeable and experienced people in the industry who don’t bring their ego to work. You can discuss your hurdles and problems with them, and rest assured that you will get the right answers.
