Whether you have a work-related or personal issue, your senior will definitely address the concern.

If you have a passion to passion, Sapient is a great platform. You get to work for clients from across different industries and from different parts of the world. I have worked on advanced as well as basic technology, and it was a great learning experience. Sapient has the policy to reimburse course fee of employees who have been associated with the company for two or more years. So, if you want to pursue a certification course, the company is going to support you.

Sapient is flexible in terms of leaves too, which means you don’t have to postpone your vacation.
What’s Bad About Sapient?
I won’t say there’s anything bad about Sapient, but there’s always some scope for improvement. Management is doing great work. I know it’s not easy to take responsibility for thousands of employees who are working in offices located across the globe. At Sapient, I never felt that my seniors or management is biased towards a particular region, race, community, or gender. Everybody is treated equally and exposed to learning.
