I have worked on advanced as well as basic technology, and it was a great learning experience. I won’t say there’s anything bad about Sapient, but there’s always some scope for improvement. Management is doing great work. I know it’s not easy to take responsibility for thousands of employees who are working in offices located across the globe. At Sapient, I never felt that my seniors or management is biased towards a particular region, race, community, or gender. Everybody is treated equally and exposed to learning.
